By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided through the qqmacan platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions and related documents, including Privacy Policy and guidelines Responsible Gaming.

If you disagree with any of the terms stated here, we ask that you do not proceed with registration or use of qqmacan services. Continued use of the service following any update to the terms is considered acceptance of the latest applicable version.

• Accounts must not be registered under another person's name or using a fictitious identity.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account you have registered.
• Qqmacan reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration without obligation to provide reasons if signs of abuse are detected.

Qqmacan applies an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) as part of our commitment to platform security and industry compliance. This process requires users to submit official identity documents for confirmation by the qqmacan team.

Documents accepted for verification include:

• Valid National Identity Card (KTP)
• Valid passport issued by the Indonesian government
• A valid driver's license (SIM) as a supporting document

• Users whose accounts have been suspended due to suspected violations are not entitled to access their balance during the investigation period.
• Balances proven to have been legitimately obtained will be returned if the user is found innocent after the investigation concludes.
• Users may request account closure independently by contacting the qqmacan support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with applicable procedures once verification is complete.

Qqmacan provides its services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or technical issues. The following are limitations of liability you should be aware of:
